**Note the differences between packages:
- In the ‘Ekahi package the officiant will serve as the hula dancer as well as the officiant.
- In the ‘Elua package there will be a separate hula dancer that will serve solely as the dancer, this ensures an even smoother transition from the officiant speaking into the hula dancing portion of the ceremony.
- The ‘Elua package also includes two handmade flower and/or leaf crowns in addition to the standard fresh flower lei.
- The ‘Ekolu package also includes two handmade flower and/or leaf crowns in addition to the standard fresh flower lei. It also includes transportation to and from the venue.
- Transportation can be added to any of these packages upon request
Yes! We love to personalize each Hawaiian Vow Renewal experience to fit you and your ‘ohana (family). For example, if you would like to write vows in addition to our Hawaiian vows you will have that option. Another example is if you would like to include your children into your ceremony we give them an opportunity to be included in the lei exchange portion.
Yes, we provide all officiants and coordinate every detail to make sure everything flows smoothly on the day of your vow renewal so you can stay in the moment with your loved ones!
We hold our Hawaiian Vow Renewals at many locations across beautiful O’ahu. Contact us via phone call or email to coordinate the perfect spot for you and your loved one!
We appreciate if you can book your ceremony at least one month in advance to secure the date of your vow renewal ceremony. However, you can book as early as you would like!
Depending on the number of people in attendance to witness your ceremony and the beach location we normally will need to secure a permit. We are able to secure a permit for the ceremony if it is
needed.
Yes, you have the option to drive to the ceremony. At some beach parks across O’ahu there is limited parking so if the beach is close to where you are staying we advise catching a Lyft or Uber to the location. However, we also offer a package where we pick you up and drop you off back to your hotel if you prefer that option.
Nowadays our smart phones have beautiful camera quality so we offer the option of having our wedding officiant take pictures on their phone to send to you if you would like something more simple but still beautiful!
We also contract a professional photographer who we recommend for our couples who would like to have a professional quality photo shoot in addition to their vow renewal ceremony. Our professional photographer is very quick at returning your photos to you so that you can enjoy the memories of love and aloha that you make on your special day!
Yes, we hand-make each lei with flowers that are grown on our island so that your floral arrangement is Made in Hawaii! We also offer hand-made flower crowns for you to wear to the ceremony if you would like that option in addition to the fresh flower lei you will exchange as part of the ceremony.
We are very flexible and want you to enjoy your time here in Hawaii so for any cancellations or rescheduling we prefer that you let us know one week in advance, but we can always work something out if something happens on the day of the ceremony.
Yes. At the time of booking we require a $50 deposit. That is NOT an additional cost, we take that
portion out of the package price so that you don’t have to pay anything extra to make a deposit and
secure your date!
